General Information

Victory Laboratory & Ultrasound provides a range of diagnostic laboratory testing and ultrasound imaging services. Our services include blood tests, urine tests, clinical chemistry, haematology, serology and various ultrasound examinations.
Victory Laboratory & Ultrasound is located in Nkawkaw, Eastern Region, Ghana. Please contact our front office for directions and additional location information.
A doctor's request or referral may be required for certain examinations or investigations. However, some laboratory tests and ultrasound services may be available without a formal referral. Please contact the facility before visiting if you are unsure.

Laboratory Services

Our laboratory services include Full Blood Count, Blood Group, G6PD, Kidney Function Tests, Liver Function Tests, Lipid Profile, HbA1c, Typhoid testing, Hepatitis testing, Urine Routine Examination and other diagnostic investigations.
Some laboratory investigations may require fasting while others do not. Fasting requirements depend on the specific test being performed. Please confirm with our laboratory or front-office staff before your appointment.
Turnaround time depends on the type of test and the laboratory procedure involved. Some results may be available on the same day, while specialised investigations may require additional processing time.
Yes. Multiple laboratory investigations can be requested during the same visit. Our staff will assist you with registration, billing and sample collection where applicable.

Ultrasound Services

Our ultrasound services include obstetric, gynaecological, pelvic, abdominal, transabdominopelvic, urological, breast, musculoskeletal, transvaginal, transrectal and thyroid ultrasound examinations.
Appointments may be recommended for ultrasound examinations to reduce waiting time and ensure availability. Please contact our front office to confirm availability before visiting.
Preparation depends on the type of ultrasound examination. Some examinations may require a full bladder, fasting or other preparation. Our staff will provide the appropriate instructions when your examination is scheduled.
Ultrasound uses sound waves to produce images of internal body structures and does not use ionising radiation. Your examination will be performed according to appropriate clinical procedures.

Appointments & Patient Visits

You can contact our front office to schedule an appointment. When booking, provide your name, contact details and the laboratory test or ultrasound examination you require.
Please bring a valid identification document where applicable, any doctor's request or referral, previous relevant medical reports and any other documents provided during your appointment.
Patients are registered or their existing records are retrieved at the front office. The requested service is then recorded, payment arrangements are made and the patient proceeds to the appropriate laboratory or ultrasound service area.

Payments & Reports

Available payment methods may include cash, mobile money and other payment options provided by the facility. Please confirm the available payment options with the front office.
Yes. A receipt can be issued to confirm payment for laboratory, ultrasound and other services.
Completed reports may be collected from the facility or provided through an available digital delivery method, depending on the service and the facility's reporting procedures.
Report collection by another person may be permitted where appropriate. For patient privacy and confidentiality, the facility may require suitable identification or authorisation.

Patient Privacy & Confidentiality

Yes. Patient information and diagnostic results are handled with appropriate confidentiality and are only disclosed in accordance with applicable procedures and requirements.
Previous reports may be available in the facility's records. Patients may contact the front office to request access to previous reports, subject to applicable verification procedures.
